It has been three months since I last drove a cab. I have suddenly found so much freedom and not bound by any rules, regulations or restrictions. I can now please myself at anytime, except that I sometimes miss driving a cab each time I see a taxi.
I have become a very much relaxed person and am enjoying every bit of it. Meanwhile I have also kept myself busy by giving free Kangen water and delivering them to anyone who needs it. Meeting and getting to know so many more new friends, networking I call it.
I have just returned from a trip to Hong Kong recently. This was a place which I last visited in 1970, more than 40 years ago. I remembered staying in Nathan Hotel which is still there and it brought back full of memories of that time where I encountered and experienced a real live typhoon called 'Rose', and now, last stayed at Prudential Hotel also situate along Nathan Road. It has changed hands with two different governments, the latter being in 1997 and yet still very similar in lifestyles I think, except a more built up environment, new and additional facilities. It was good and I enjoyed the trip. Somehow, I feel I am catching the travel 'bug' as I am now planning to travel to at least four more places in the next two months, most likely Thailand, China, Canada and Japan soon.
Uncle Frank, I was just thinking where have you been since you last blog. And Ta-da.. I am happy to see the update. Take care and have fun catching the travel bug.
ReplyDeleteHi Ellis, oh, I was simply enjoying myself, at first a bit lost, don't know what to do, a bit dis-orientated and then there is this sudden freedom that allows me to please myself in anything I wish to do. I love it and now, getting bitten by the travel bug which is making me feel very excited. Of course I'll still continue to blog and share my new adventures. Till then, my Best Wishes to you and Cheers!
