My 6A Coveted Achievement Award.

Wow, my exciting journey and adventure as Enagic's Kangen water distributor has finally led me to Okinawa, Japan to receive my coveted 6A recognition award from the great man himself, CEO Mr. Hironari Ohshiro of Enagic International Co., Ltd, on the 23rd June, which is also Enagic's 40th Anniversary Global Convention 2014. It was truly a proud and unforgettable moment for me.

I will be writing about my Kangen adventure in my next post very soon, so stay tuned.

Changed My Water Changed My Life........

It has been three months since I last drove a cab. I have suddenly found so much freedom and not bound by any rules, regulations or restrictions. I can now please myself at anytime, except that I sometimes miss driving a cab each time I see a taxi.

I have become a very much relaxed person and am enjoying every bit of it. Meanwhile I have also kept myself busy by giving free Kangen water and delivering them to anyone who needs it. Meeting and getting to know so many more new friends, networking I call it.

I have just returned from a trip to Hong Kong recently. This was a place which I last visited in 1970, more than 40 years ago. I remembered staying in Nathan Hotel which is still there and it brought back full of memories of that time where I encountered and experienced a real live typhoon called 'Rose', and now, last stayed at Prudential Hotel also situate along Nathan Road. It has changed hands with two different governments, the latter being in 1997 and yet still very similar in lifestyles I think, except a more built up environment, new and additional facilities. It was good and I enjoyed the trip. Somehow, I feel I am catching the travel 'bug' as I am now planning to travel to at least four more places in the next two months, most likely Thailand, China, Canada and Japan soon.

Hearty Laughter.

I returned my Silver Cab taxi to Premier Taxis to be scrapped on 23rd December last year. A few days later, I had to borrow my son's vehicle to deliver some Kangen Water to a prospect staying at Ghim Moh. Having done my delivery, I instinctively proceeded to Holland Village Taxi Stand which is nearby and parked my vehicle at the empty second lot behind a blue NTUC Comfort taxi (still thinking that I am driving a taxi). Anyway, when a passenger boarded the taxi in front of me and drove off, I drove forward, stopped at the first lot and began waiting for passengers. After a while I saw this potential lady 'passenger' approaching my vehicle, so I got ready, but to my surprise and disappointment, she walked right past my vehicle and boarded the taxi parked directly behind me. At first I felt angry and annoyed by the potential 'passenger' who went for the taxi behind me. Then, all of a sudden, I realised that my vehicle is not a taxi. Laughing aloud, feeling very awkward, I quickly drove away, 'red faced', ashamed and looking silly but at the same time visibly amused at my behaviour. Well, cannot blame myself can I? I mean, having been a taxi driver for the past 15 years, you have to excuse me, but I suppose old habits do die hard. I continued laughing quietly to myself, felt utterly amused as I drove home, thinking about the good times, the thrills, the adventures only a taxi driver can experience.

Changing Lifestyles.

Hello and Good Morning Folks!
First of all, I want to wish especially my Chinese followers "GONG XI FA CAI" and a Happy and Prosperous Lunar New Year to Everyone. Well, it has been quite a while since I last wrote a post. I have so much to tell you. First of all, my beloved Toyota Crown taxi has finally been retired and recalled by Premier Taxis just before Christmas Day on 23rd December 2013. It has served me well for the past 4 years, never gave me any serious faults or problems other than the usual wear and tear of the four tyres. Its air-conditioning system has always kept me and my passengers very cool and has never broken down at all but alas, it has to be terminated and put to rest as required by LTA's taxi life span expectations.

I chose to take a longer break from driving for the time being and will decide later whether to continue as 'Hirer' or become a 'Super Relief" driver in future or maybe even a lifestyle change, I don't know yet.

I have not driven a taxi for the first time during last Christmas, New Year and now this Chinese Lunar New Year after being behind the wheels everyday since 1997, I get this awkward and weird feeling, like being 'lost' at times during this past month. Luckily for me, my interest and passion as a Kangen Water Distributor has helped keep me continuously occupied, like getting to meet so many new friends as I keep giving free water everyday and hearing wonderful and positive testimonials about Kangen Water's healing powers from the recipients.

As a professional cabby all these years, I have inadvertently also become a writer of sorts, an actor, a Kangen water demonstrator, a performer as well as a presenter, a motivating speaker, giving talks for Distributor groups and recently being called upon to be a Master of Ceremony for a big function held by a well known Health and Wellness Practitioner and Educator, he owns three Master Degrees and is also a Lecturer for Teachers Training Colleges. I was called to participate in a popular TV series called Food Detectives which will air on TV Channel 5 this Tuesday at 10pm. As you can see, I am presently very occupied, surrounded and enjoying every bit of the various activities.
